Characteristics: Deep red colour, red fruit, vanilla and butterscotch flavour. Full moutfeel with round tannins.
Combination: A perdect accompaniment to meats, pastas and mediterranean cuisine.

 

Best served at 15-16 deg C. Aged until five years.
